Pictures Loading?

Does anyone else have this problem.. the full picture will load but not the small one but if i come back a few days later it looks fine.. is it just me? Also... i got dust on my sensor.. whats the best way to clean it?

I am new in photography. Im still just trying to learn my camera and then going from there! There is alot more into it than I thought and will soon need to get a new camera for future progress. Ideas flow smoothly but trying to figure out how to take them are much harder. If anyone has any neat ideas like cool tricks will film speeds and all please let me know....
